Bethlehem College & Seminary seeks qualified candidates for a full-time faculty position beginning August 1, 2021. The professor would teach courses in biblical and theological studies, primarily at the graduate level (18–22 credits per year), and advise and mentor M.Div. students. Faculty rank and salary are determined by credentials and experience.

The candidate will be a man of sincere Christian faith, personal integrity, and commitment to the doctrine and vision of Bethlehem College & Seminary. He will have a terminal degree (Ph.D. or equivalent) in Systematic Theology, Biblical Theology, New Testament, or a related field. Applicants in the final stages of their Ph.D. programs will also be considered. Formal seminary training (e.g., M.A. or M.Div.) and church ministry experience is preferred.
